Fun things

This week has been full of fun little things that we've been able to do

* Leonie and Mario got married last Friday! (That's the founder/our boss of Seeds of Change). it was a wonderful wedding - everyone was happy and all dressed up and there was good food and good times had by all :)

* We bought a bunch of appliances for El Ayudante - there was a huge sale on and we had $$ left over from a team so we bought a fridge, stove, microwave, BBQ's , ceiling fans, and a generator! The whole truck was full of appliances. This is great because we have a big team in February that we'll need it for.

* We went in search of Analia - a maid of friends of ours that moved away and since she has not had a job and we nor our friends have been able to find her for a while. We found her house (only had been there once before and we never go to that area) It was so great to see her and we were able to be the carriers of a gift from our friends. Sometimes it's fun to be the middleman.

* Had a Christmas party with our Monday morning Bible Study - we took them out to coffee and bought them all journals. It's a really neat group that comes.

* Went and visited a friend that just had a baby and took a bunch of pictures for her as she doesn't have a camera and has no pictures of her baby.

*Visited another family with a 3 day old baby (so little!!!) and blessed them with bag full of Maddy's little clothes.

* Cynthia and Wilson - a family that we love and talk about a lot - Wilson has started making some beautiful wood pieces to sell and he's doing a great job - we bought a few from him and they were so excited to be making their own money and having a trade!

* Tristan went to El Ayudante and checked on the construction projects - walls are up and it looks great on both the staff house and the guard house and the well is beginning to be dug this week

* and now we're on our way to the States to share at churches and visit family - really we're coming home to share Madelyn with the grandparents. :)

That's all I can think of for now. It's so fun to have a week of seeing lots of little things come together and being able to bless and love on friends.
