Who sends this team down? It looks like a large group. What are the ages of the workers, teens? It looks like a wonderful experience for those coming down. How much a part of the leadership are Beth and Tristan to these teens?
El Ayudante is the receiving ministry of missions groups - we work with teens through adults - whatever the age of the group that wishes to come. What the team does depends on what the talents/desires of the team is. check out our website: www.elayudanteinhonduras.com
we are the project managers and team leaders - so we planned this team from the first contact and led the team during the entire time they were here - from ministry activities to reserving the bus company to buying the food. so we are a part 100% :)
