Visit to the States

Above - me with my growing 'lump' (as my brother has endearingly named it) at 28 weeks. below - a wonderful babyshower we had - put together by Grace Fellowship and Community Alliance Sunday School class.

Above & Below - Tristan and Daniel (my brother) spent the first week we were here remodeling Tristan's parents bathroom - they gutted the whole thing and started fresh - they did a great job!

We've come back to the states for a visit with family and to attend my brother's wedding. So far the time has gone back all together to fast! We had almost a week at Mohagen's in El Sobrante - spending time with them. We had a retirement party for Shanon (17 years teaching!), spent time shopping, reading, relaxing etc. Tristan worked hard most of the week on the bathroom. We toured all our restaurants that we miss while in Honduras. we felt very loved - our friend Lucas and Vanessa flew in from LA to the Bar Area just to visit with us for 1 day - it was great to see them. We went out to dinner with Tristan's 93 year old great-aunt. While in Oregon we did more shopping, spent an evening visiting with Candace and Evan and their kids, spent lots of time with my family, finished our taxes, attended a worship night at the church and lots more. We also had another baby shower thrown for us and that was really fun as well - we played a couple of games and everyone made us a quilt block which will be turned into a quilt for her. We have received so many wonderful presents that will make Mini Mohagen the best dressed girl in Central America!

Now we're off to Tahoe for a few days with both families and then to Sacramento for the wedding!
