Day 4 - Phoenix to Las Cruces, New Mexico

This morning we hung out at Jenn's house for the morning. A tail light and side of the brakes weren't working so Tristan fixed both of those (yep he's amazing). And I did some paperwork stuff. We went out to brunch with Jenn, hit up a great sale at Bath and Body Works and finally hit the road about 1:30. The only exciting thing that happened on the trip today is that we were all set for Dairy Queen, found a Dairy Queen... but it was out of ice cream! (which is a crime in and of itself!). So we continued on without our blizzards. Sad Day.  We crossed the continental divide. It's much colder in Arizona and New Mexico than we thought it would be. It's in the 40's. 

We are now at a Motel 6 in Las Cruces, New Mexico which is about an hour northwest of El Paso. We will drive to San Antonio, Texas tomorrow - longest drive yet :). Time for bed I suppose.
