Amazing how fast life can change! One of the biggest for us in 2014 was the huge staff that El Ayudante has grown into! ((That's what happens when God gives ya a BIG vision I suppose)). We realized that especially when we started planning our staff Christmas party and there were 40 on the list (including all full time, part time, contractors, and super volunteers).
Living in the close-knit community that El Ayudante is, not only are co-workers just that, but also they are our running-partners, retreat buddies, 80's night celebrators, dinner guests, competition for ultimate frisbee & pictionary, and even gingerbread house making parties. Our kids are growing up like cousins and as adults we are the iron sharpening iron as well as each other's biggest support and cheerleaders. It's pretty awesome doing life with these guys.

| We've had such a crazy busy year we wanted to do something super special for our staff for the Christmas party -so we rented out the Theatre and showed "God's Not Dead" while eating take out Chinese. For some of our staff it was their first time ever being at the theatre! They earned it after all the hard work this year! |
