Lots has been happening around EA - things that you see, and things that you don't. Here are a few of the big ones:
Utility Room addition to the clinic - including a ramp entrance as well as a washing area and the room to store the compressor for the dental rooms, wash room, supplies etc. It's just missing the windows and door.
This is the new spot where we're making block - yep that's right - we're making our own to save money - and it provides more jobs for our local guys.
We had to put a new door on the clinic because the other one was blown off by the wind in a big storm . We also have our great sign.
We used to have a chain link fence around the mission house that had been falling down and was pretty ugly... now that we have our perimeter wall almost done, we could take down that ugly fence. Now instead we have a long planter box as the entrance to the mission house.
In my opinion (and Maddy and Ali's) the best addition, the SWING SET! We are so happy! It has 4 swings and one baby swing as well as a slide. it's only been up 2 days and we've already spent hours there!
The false ceiling is done in the clinic! It looks so great and is so much cooler in the clinic! Next big project is light fixtures for the entire clinic to close up those holes :)
We continue to make progress on the perimeter wall - we're working on the back portion right now and it's getting close!
My husband is amazing - how he is able to manage all of this, plus the outreach stuff that we do, plus working with teams is amazing to me! he does a great job at managing so many people and jobs while ensuring that it's done well and cost effectively.
