Taekwondo

Last week Sigel had a Taekwondo tournament in Tegucigalpa - we left the house 6:30 and were at the tournament from 8:30 to 3pm - a long, but good day! Sigel competed in forms and also in sparring - he got 3rd place in forms and 2nd place for his category in fighting! This Friday he has a belt test and then he'll be a green belt! 

 it was a long day - maddy fell asleept despite all the commotion. our wonderful friend Jenny came to watch Sigel with us!
