El Ayudante work done this week

this last week we've had Jack - a volunteer, and Matt, our intern, with us working at El Ayudante. It's been a full week and a fun week! One of the biggest projects that was worked on was installing the bathroom tub and tiling the bathroom in the staff house -and they did a great job! We also did some varnishing, finishing up some tiling and installing doors in the guard house, and retiling the counter tops in the mission house because the tiles were falling off. The guys also went up to El Espino ( the same village where we celebrated Children's Day at) and laid a cement walkway in front of the outhouses. Last night we had a movie night for the community and that was fun - about 100 people were there - we did it in the dining room of the mission house because it was too muddy to do outside.
