This last week we went to Copan - Northeast of Honduras which is about 8 hours away - with our friends Lucas and Vanessa who came to see us for a week. We had a wonderful week with them! While in Copan we went to the Mayan Ruins and a bird sanctuary where they had tons of birds and wildlife to walk through. We spent lots of time playing cards, talking, taking pictures, and relaxing. We stayed at a Bed & Breakfast which was great except unfortunately 2 of the days we didn't have power or water - bummer. oh well. On the way home we went to a huge waterfall -Pulhapanzak -and then we went to El Ayudante for the night to check on things and show the project to Lucas and Vanessa. It was a great week with friends and we feel very rested and relaxed!
