Liver

Things have been really busy this week!

Today I went to a friends house to teach her how to make Banana Bread. While there she offered me dinner - after eating half of it, she said "you like Liver don't you." I almost gagged as I had not realized that the gravy covered meat that I had been eating was liver. Of course I finished the meal and now know better than to eat without asking what it is first. (It really wasn't that bad - it was more mental.)

Please be praying for the safety of our students and our school. A father of a 9th grade boy received a threat of his son being kidnapped. The threat included detailed information about when the child leaves on the bus, the route the bus takes and how the bus situation works at our school. Because of this we have had to be a lot more careful at dismissal times and having the parents pick up the kids from the teacher at the end of the day. Pray that this is resolved soon. There have also been a few other situations in the neighborhood of the school in the last week. We are fine!!! We are being careful and are safe. Please pray for safety for our students and for ourselves.
